While browsing the Website.
When you choose to provide us with personal information, we will only use it for the purpose specified. We will only email you if you want us to and you can choose a number of alternative methods by which to receive a response to a request. If you do not feel comfortable providing this information over the Internet, you can always call us for more details. Reservations can be made by contacting us directly. When you make a reservation, we may ask you for Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number and payment method. We may also receive from you any preferences or special requests. Confirmation of your reservation will be given to you, generally by e-mail. Guests will always have the option to accept or decline any form of communication from Habitals.
During your stay in the villa.
Information about your stay (e.g. health issues, payment difficulties) may also be stored. This specific information is stored and combined with information from previous visits you have made to the villas. We may also collect certain information as required by local legislation (e.g. passport number). In addition, we may retain the content of any correspondence (including comment cards, electronic documents such as e-mails and other similar forms of communication) that you send to us before, during or after your stay. This information may be shared with villa employees, but will not be shared with third parties.

In order to serve you better, we also store certain visitor information in the Visitor Reservation System. This is a secure customer database. Stored information includes visitor name, address, phone numbers, credit card account numbers, etc.
We also store other transaction information in the Booking System, including the number of nights you stayed in the villa.

Personal information is collected to help us make your booking and provide the services you request at any of our properties, to ensure that we meet your needs while you stay with us and/or to allow us to contact you in relation to issues arising from your stay with us.

We will only disclose personal information about you except without your consent where: (a) required or authorised by law, (b) required to provide you with the services you have requested, (c) if your stay has been paid for by a third party, we will provide billing information to the paying party once you have signed the appropriate authorisation form.
We understand that you may want to know what Personal Information we hold about you. We are happy to assist you with your request. In order to protect your Personal Information, however, we require that you provide us with proof of your identity at the time your request is made. When you submit a request in person, we will ask you to provide some form of photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, and you will be asked to sign a request form.
